  • Do you ship or sell to Canada?
    Currently our shopping cart system does not allow orders to be processed for Canadian customers. If you are interested in a ceiling fan and would like to purchase, please call 1-714-848-3445.

    Currently our shopping cart system does not allow orders to be processed for International customers.   • How come I cannot order a low ceiling adaptor, slope kit, downrod coupler extensions, accessory chains, finials, etc. through your cart?
    Low Ceiling Adaptors, Slope Kits, and Downrod Coupler Extensions are application specific and we would like you to speak to one of our live ceiling fan specialists in the ordering process of these items. Accessories are not currently sold via our shopping cart and will be available in the near future. If interested in purchasing accessories such as chains, finials, medallions, etc. please call our toll free number. 1-877-724-2326 for U.S. customers, and 1-714-848-3445 for International Customers.

  • My purchase will not go through; it is giving me an error?
    Some transactions may trigger our Handling Filter. This happens if billing and shipping address do not match, billing address is incorrect, and the IP Address (your location) does not match the location of the billing nor the ship to address. If you come across an error please e-mail webmaster@ceilingfan.com your issue and one of our ceiling fan specialists will be glad to help you through the purchasing process.

  • I've received another e-mail that my order has shipped after I already have received my fans. What's wrong?
    Sometimes when an order is shipped the system does not close the order and finalize it until a later date. So you will receive an e-mail stating the order has shipped, and sometimes at a later date you will receive another e-mail when the order has been completed in our system stating the order has shipped again. This is merely a duplicate of the initial order, not a duplicate shipment of the order.

  • Where can I see pictures of the options that are available for the product I am looking at?
    At the bottom of the product page you can view the 'tabs' and information as far as Controls, Blades, and Lights; as well as additional technical specifications. Controls have the information alongside; blades have the model information below each individual image. Lights is mostly a reference page as there are multiple light fixtures available, and if you hover over the images additional information is available as far as light fixture dimensions and bulb wattage.
