the vast amount of ceiling fans out there, it's difficult to stock every
fan, in every design. That's why custom orders are available to get you
the fan you want, the way you want it. Being "special" in nature,
it makes them difficult to resell, therefore, we've adopted a custom order
policy. Custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstance. In the
event the fan you received is defective, that entitles you to a replacement
of the exact same model. Every custom order fan is specified as "Stocked:N".
