If you are not 100% satisfied with your ceiling fan, we will take care of you - NO RESTOCKING CHARGE and NO HASSLE – whether your fan is damaged or you are simply not satisfied with it.
If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, have not installed it, and want to return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of the fan, we offer a full refund, no-restocking charge, no questions asked policy.
If your fan seems defective or you are experiencing problems with it, our Ceiling Fan Experts are trained and experienced in handling ceiling fan problems of all kinds, and will be glad to help you with yours. We also have a complete, certified ceiling fan repair facility on-site with knowledgeable technicians ready to help with any technical issues or questions. If we are not able to resolve the problem, follow the simple return steps below.
If your fan is damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours and we will provide specific instructions for you.
To return a fan, simply follow these steps: 1) Call toll-free, 1-877-724-2326, and tell us that you would like to return or exchange your fan. 2) We will email you an easy RGA form with a Return Authorization number on it. 3) Send the fan back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Simply write the Return Authorization number on the address label, include the completed RGA form, and send the fan to the address on the RGA form. 4) Upon inspection we will refund your complete purchase price with NO RESTOCKING CHARGE.
Exclusions and Details: To receive a full product refund, the fan must be uninstalled and undamaged; it must be the original product in the original packaging; and it must not be clearance, discontinued, custom, or specially ordered product. For large orders (more than 10 fans or $2500), the above policy may not apply; please contact us for a specific return policy for large orders.
We need to receive the fan within 30 days of your original receipt of it. Once received and inspected, we will credit your credit card with a full refund for the product.
