The Casablanca Verse 44 is a very versatile fan that is great fan for bedrooms and other small rooms. The 3 position mounting system allows you to flush mount the fan for ceilings lower than 8 feet, hang it on a standard 8 or 9 foot high ceiling with the included 3" downrod, or add a longer downrod for ceilings over 9 feet high. You can also install this fan with or without the 16 watt LED light kit...and...it is damp rated, so you can install it both indoors and outdoors in a covered area.
Included Control: Universal Remote Control w/Canopy Mount Receiver. Battery powered with 4 Speeds Non-Reversing (you must manually reverse the fan direction using the switch on the motor housing). Includes full range light dimmer, CFL auto detect and Safe Exit mode. Approved for indoor/outdoor damp locations. Converts the following Casablanca 4-speed pullchain operated fans to remote operation: 54" Ainsworth, Brescia Pullchain, Capistrano, Charthouse, Compass Point, Panama (55xxx), Utopian and 52" Tribeca fans only.
