The Concept III Wet is the latest addition to the Minka Air Concept family, which was the very first hugger style ceiling fan to be rated for wet locations outdoors. This newly improved version features a sleeker profile, improved LED light and a super efficient DC motor with Built-in WiFi capability. As with the previous version, this model is made with a special UV protective coating for extended durability in outdoor wet locations. The hugger style body with integrated blades makes it excellent for areas that experience high winds where fans that have blades attached with more traditional blade holders are susceptible to breaking off. Even more, since it is wet rated, you can hose if off when it gets dirty! The fan features the RC1000 full function hand held remote control that can also be operated by a wall control (Model WC1000 sold separately). The low profile integrated down-light uses an integrated 30 watt LED, which nearly doubles the light output of previous versions. The light is defused by a white opal glass for maximum light output with minimal glare.
Included Control: The RC1000 AireControl® Full Function remote control featuring 6 speeds in forward and reverse as well as a full range light dimmer. This control is also compatible with the optional WC1000 wall control (sold separately), should you decide to operate the fan from a wall control and remote control.
