The Patricia features real CNC-Cut Solid Balsa Wood blades, where other brands with similar styles may use plastic. Thick balsa wood like this is very light weight, yet retains its shape with less warping or sagging than thinner wood blades, making it an ideal material for indoor and outdoor damp locations. A super efficient DC Motor and with Remote is included. Energy efficient, ultra-quiet, 6-speed, reversible DC motor with new, reliable technology. Constructed of cast aluminum and heavy stamped steel. Includes 10" Downrod (14" Overall Drop). One 6-speed hand-held and one 6-speed decora style, white wall mounted control. Both controls can reverse direction of fan. IP20 Rated - Protects against solid objects >12.5mm in size. Compatible with flat or vault ceilings. Can be mounted with any one of the following downrod lengths: 5", 10", 20", 30", 48", 72". Light kit longevity if used 6 hours/day: 27.4 years. Includes 10" Downrod (14" Overall Drop).
