This fan features a 153mm x 18mm Motor with a 14 Degree Blade Pitch producing an AirFlow rating of 4 (where 5 is best). It is operated by a 3 Speed Remote Control. Other types of controls are also available.
The Minka Aire Java has been endowed with such simplicity that is suitable for installation in virtually any location. Other fans with this look generally cannot be installed in residential applications and cannot be used outdoors. The Java can be installed virtually anywhere and the price makes it even more appealing. NOTE: Polished Nickel finish is for indoor use only.
Included Control: Remote Control Transmitter only. 3 speeds forward with full range light dimmer (fan must be reversed using switch on motor if available). This control is also compatible with the optional WCS213 wall control (sold separately), should you decide to operate the fan from a wall control and remote control.
