Return Policy

Returns are Easy. No hassle. No re-stocking charge.

  • When you open the box for your fan, please try to keep everything in tact and inspect your fan closely. If you are not happy with the way the fan looks, you can send it back for a full refund, but it must be in the original package in resellable condition and cannot have been installed*.
  • If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, have not installed it, and want to return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, we offer a full refund with no-restocking fees.
  • If your fan is defective or you are experiencing problems with it, our customer service team will make sure you are taken care of and your fan gets fixed or replaced depending on the manufacturers warranty. In most cases we will hook you up with a factory technician who will help you trouble shoot your fan and determine if the remedy is a simple part or an entire new fan. Regardless, we will help you through the process to minimize your anquish.
  • If your fan is damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours and we will provide specific instructions for you to get it replaced.

To return a fan, simply follow these steps:

  1. Call toll-free, 1-877-332-6700, and tell us that you would like to return or exchange your fan.
  2. If you meet the above criteria, our customer service department will issue you an RGA number and give you instructions for returning your fan.
  3. Upon inspection we will refund your purchase price or provide an exchange with NO RESTOCKING CHARGE.
  4. In the unlikely event that you have sent back a used item or one that is not in the original package in resellable condition, we may choose to refuse the shipment and the item will be returned to you unless a different agreement has been made before hand.

*Exclusions and Details: To receive a full product refund, the fan must be uninstalled and undamaged; it must be the original product in the original packaging; and it must not be clearance, discontinued, custom, or specially ordered product. For large orders (more than 10 fans or $2500), the above policy may not apply; please contact us for a specific return policy for large orders.

We need to receive the fan within 30 days of your original receipt of it. Once we receive your item and it passes our inspection, we will promptly issue a refund using the payment method you used when you purchased the item. If your item does not pass inspection or is not received within the 30 day period, we will contact you to discuss a resolution.
